We understand that your personal information and privacy is important to you. We make every effort to ensure that the information you share with us is recorded accurately, retained securely, and used only according to your wishes.
WHAT: During the course of our relationship we may collect some personal information. This may include your name, street and email address, phone numbers, and credit card information. We sometimes have more detailed information from patrons who have been dedicated and long-term supporters of Purple Carrots Drama Studio (PCDS), for example the names of members of their family, business addresses and special interests.
WHEN: Most of this information is collected when you register for PCDS. It may come to us through your phone call, mail or email order.
WHY: We need this information for billing purposes, to contact you about changes in schedule or upcoming events and special offers: in short, to provide the level of service you expect from us.
WHERE: Mailing List - Your name will be added to our patron list when you register for PCDS. This enables you to receive regular communications from PCDS. With your consent, you may receive information from us, from our sponsors or other like-minded arts organizations from time to time, that we believe you may find of interest. We try to contact all our patrons periodically to obtain feedback, update information and offer additional opportunities to become more closely associated with and to participate in programs offered by PCDS.
HOW: With your consent, we will send you information that we believe to be of interest to you. However, are also committed to ensuring that you do not receive an unreasonable number of letters or phone calls.
