Adding on a Clinical Service to your Program Means

This model adds structured support without changing the creative, drama-based experience that defines Purple Carrots. These meetings and documents are intended to help families who may need clinical oversight or reporting as part of their funding submission process throughout the duration of the program.

Regulated Professionals Available by Province:

Ontario
Participants will have access to a Registered Psychotherapist providing consultative support.

British Columbia
Participants will have access to a Speech-Language Pathologist providing consultative support.

Important Information About Registration & Payment:

• This a separate, tax-exempt add-on fee for participants requiring an RP in addition to the program fee. This fee only applies to those using the clinical service add-on; all other registrations remain unchanged.
  
• Payment for the RP add-on & workshop must be manual so that invoices accurately reflect services for insurance submission.
• When registering here, please select manual payment (cheque or e-transfer). We will then create and send a separate detailed invoice suitable for insurance/funding purposes.

While some insurance/funding providers may reimburse this support, coverage cannot be guaranteed. Documentation of services, letters of recommendation, and detailed reporting will be provided to assist with claims.

All services remain within the consultative scope of each regulated professional.
